Some true Classic Vintage Studio Porn for tru audiophiles.

Meet Gina, she is the pride of my mastering studio.
Gina is a completely reconditioned Studer Revox G36 from the 1960`s.
She has original Studer 1960`s valves sourced, and has been refurbished and modified for mastering, now running at 30ips tape speed with a fairly low noise floor. All work in making her fit for the modern age was done by the Master of Valve Gear repairs and maintanence, Paul Dawson at the famed all analog Jam Studios (who was also my Mastering Mentor).
She is a heavy bird, weighing a bloody ton, and is build solid a ****, as gear was in those days.

She sounds like pure sex when the valves are warmed up, with some nice Quantegy 478 tape running through.
Anyone interested I offer true analog mastering for REAL valve and tape saturation to get your mixes warm, phat and tight, in a way only valves and magnetic tape can.
Listening to techno on Gina (especially detroit type stuff) is complete ear sex.

She also keeps the studio nice and warmin the winter months.

At the end of the day after using it, especially after hearing some lovely techno on it, once I put the covers back on, I actually give it a little hug, I really really love that machine.
The clunk of the tape transport buttons, the whirrrr of the reels as you wind the tape, and the soft glow on the wall behind as the valves warm up. Proper gear porn I tell thee.
