Well my housemate just go his on monday morning and we still havent got the midi working!! Everything else is fine but then again the problem could be down to us just being stupid ****ers.

The sound quality is awesome though.

its worth it.... first i got m-audio connected through usb cable, but that was a disaster, really slow. with the fire wire connection m-audio is great. i guess the speed is much faster for firewire. For about 700 euro you have a very good sound card, but connect it through the firewire, usb is worthless.

usb 2.0 should be better, but why sit around and have this firewire port and not use it?

someone mentioned midi problems...have you had the same?

works fine if it setup correctly with the midi controller/mixer
