Firefly 23rd January Nottingham
Infamous Uk club night Firefly head into their 10th year with a stellar reputation for consistently throwing some of the Midlands best parties. Expect a series of amazing parties to celebrate ten years at the top starting on the 23rd January with 3 of the worlds finest dj’s to start you grooving and put an end to those good intentioned new-years resolutions ;-)
The last 9 and a bit years has created a dedicated Firefly following who know and trust the brand and the quality of dance music that it represents .The music policy has always been based firstly around quality taking in techno, house, breaks, minimal and electro.
Allnighter 10pm – 6am.

[GOODLIFE - DIFFERENT - PIAS]
The Hacker is one of the Godfathers of Electro as we now know it. His inspirational productions and work with Miss Kittin have propelled him to global superstardom. With regular gigs playing to over 50 thousand screaming clubbers, we are very proud to have him playing in Nottingham for the very first time, at a proper rave.

You can’t restrict him in a genre… a sort of eclectic techno with
influences from the 80’s restrained with acid house and spiced with
minimal… in few words… a big beat soup!

On the eve of his much anticipated 6th studio album...Elite Force unites the sometimes warring factions of electro house, techno, and breakbeat, like a peace keeper who values the spirit of cooperation and tolerance. He was forged in the fires of breakbeat, which has always had a habit of sucking in sounds that pass by. Elite’s sets are like a team performance, with tracks coming from all corners of the bass-driven sector, to create a vibrant hodgepodge of boundary-pushing dance music.
