you need to fill your tracks out mate. this is too basic. and it doesnt go anywhere either. the kick and bass sit well together but its obviously sampled and to me that's much of the problem with alot of hardstyle.

the best thing i can suggest is to study some of the stuff written in the production sections. you've got a long way to go but this is good start.

I really wasn't expecting constructive advice but thanks anyway Mark.

I've promised myself that I will complete this and further into a full track to see how I fair making a style as you say 'I don't understand' maybe it will give me a better perspective on the music as one that people really do have a passion for.

At the moment it's just a 1.50 odd second sample that I constructed at college and thought would be funny to post to you guys.
