Many, many years ago (well, the Spring of 2006 to be exact) in a land far, far away (Broomhill), a mysterious trio of renegade weekend warriors (us) decided to put on a party in the chic and sophisticated (i.e. ramshackle and downright shitty) surroundings of Under the Boardwalk. Unswervingly driven by a love of all things musically filthy and a dedication to improving the nightlife for the fine denizens of the Steel City, Tinnitus was born, and 4 years, 26 parties, and over 150 hours of first class raving later it's still going strong and shows no sign of abating.
Blessed with a combination of the best venue, soundsystem, doorstaff, lighting crew, designer, resident DJs, guest acts and (most importantly) punters a night could ever wish for, it's time for all the stops to be pulled out on the mighty Tinnitus organ yet again for an utter behemoth of a birthday party. Get. The. ****. In!

Tinnitus 27 - The Fourth Birthday Party

One of the most innovative and prolific figures on the hardcore scene, DJ Hidden has been releasing material at an almost superhuman rate since 1996 on a huge number of imprints, producing drum and bass, experimental breaks, idm, experimental hardcore and industrial hardcore, on his own and in collaboration with luminaries such as Enduser, COOH and most notably Eye D, as the Outside Agency. His musical output is typified by a remarkble ability to innovate through experimentation, transcend genre and constantly push musical boundaries. An extremely busy touring musician, we are extraordinarily honoured to host him at the Red House, and you would be a plonker of the highest order to miss his set.
