Fenerbahce draws at home, and loses the Turkish league to the first time winners Bursaspor on the last week of the championships.. It is the first time that a non-top four team (galatasaray, besiktas, fenerbahce, trabzon) has won the league title. It is the only anatolian team win the title since a while back when trabzon won the title ages ago.
