Gary Powell – The Libertines– DJ Set
InsideOut? at The Hoxton Pony are proud to welcome the nicest guy in Rock n Roll, Gary Powell (the Libertines) behind the decks on Friday 9th July!
As the drummer of the Libertines and Dirty Pretty Things, Gary has cemented his name in Rock n Roll history by providing the back beat for two of the most important and influential bands of recent years.
As comfortable behind the turntables as behind the drums, Gary has made a reputation for himself as one of the liveliest party DJs around, with residencies in many of London's top clubs including Club NME @ KOKO, leading to high demand all around the world.
This will be an opportunity to catch Gary in an intimate surrounding ahead of the highly anticipated Libertines' reunion headline set at the Reading Festival so expect a real party, with Gary at the centre, once again providing a back beat to our dance floor.
