I've asked at a couple of places (mentioning no names) why they don't stock Blackout, each said that they would love to but don't deal with the distribution company...

No they don't have an exclusive UK Distribution company [That I'm aware of]

You can get BOA stuff from certain UK Distributors who buy it on Import.
