Hi guys!

How would i go about trademarking a name of a website and record label?

Also, I know a basic method of copyrighting is to send a cd to myself by recorded delivery, is this the best method?

if you wrote it and all the content is of your own creation then you allready own the copyright music wise, there can still be complications of proof i imagine in some instances though so you can have it offically copyrighted.

im not sure how youd go about trademarking a label or name though

U should do a publishing contract or register into a Authoral right association, Most stuff I do I register with Sabbam, imediatelly they collect royalties and mechanical right, while also garanty the registry of my work as the original and offer legal representation!

Biem Stemra and Sabam are all over there.
