Stay Up Forever 18 - Secret Hero - Control.
Stay Up Forever 33 - Star Power - X-Ray OK.
Stay Up Forever 39 - Rozzer's Dog - World War 303.
Cluster 2 - Temperature Drop - What is soul?
Routemaster 3 - Sarcoblast - Rowland Abuse.

i really dig the acid on :

brain-dangerous to remain-brain recordings
punk floyd-pressure theme.... i dunno too many to mention

T

Plastikman - do da do
Hardfloor - Aceperience
Phuture - acid trax

some London acid stuff is ok, particularly an early cluster one (dave drummer/digital destroyer) ...but generally prefer subte 303 builders rather than screaming mayhem....just my personal preference!

sure there's more I can't think of right now.

Routemaster 5 - Kektex - Lock, isn't an all out acid fest, I love the slow building 303's as much as the screaming ones! There's something about the older acid techno's 303's that I really love. The newer labels (like Wah Wah & Skankadelic) just don't seem to have the same style IMO.

heh heh! Just remembered the 1st time I heard SUF41 - Magnum Force - Unlucky Punk on a PHAT system. Jesus, that break made me grit my teeth! :rambo: I have no idea why that just popped into my head!

i really love the more agressive sounding 303 more than the squelchy sound and henry always seemed to get that sound better than anyone else

by far my fave ever 303's were on the early chicago stuff. 'acid tracks' by phuture is a massive fave.

then again i was totally in love with (and still am) the 'balance' ep by woody mcbride - something a little later.

Anything by Jurgen Driessen / Carsten Bleekmann i.e:

Acrid Abeyance
Gamma Loop
Pergon
Plank

Most of Hardlfoor's back cat, especially before they went remix-tastic.

Emmanuel Top's more acidy offerings such as Stress, Climax, Tone etc...

But one of my favourite single tracks is: Hexagone - Burning Trash Floor on Djax Up Beats, 303s to die for......

Bad Day At Black Frog Creek by Chris Liberator is a phat acid track. Well worth are mix challenge.

Profanisaurus by Geezer also ranks pretty high and was a highlight at Tribe of Munt

Richie Hawtin - Spastic because he played at Voodoo in Liverpool the first time I... er... yer know.

Woody McBride - Interference was a milestone release in hard techno

Mike Dunn - Magic Feet and most of his the stuff on Acid Trax vol 1 is some of the best

Hardfloor - Acperiance was a seminal and one of the best of UK acid tracks in the mid 1990s

Mark, how about you doing some acid techno with 303s and rave horns?man, I'd love that with your filthy dirty techno ;)

Impeccable taste, sir. Those Mills vs Subjects are seriously heavy and evil.

And one I just picked up 2nd hand the other day that I'd all but forgotten about, Heckman in a different guise giving some serious depth and melody :

Purple Plejade - Blanche [Djax-Up-Beats]
