Ok, so am not sure of genres and pigeonholes, but have been listening to the old Biomechanik 2 mix from Manu Le Malin again, and really enjoying it.

I had the CD yeeeeeaars ago, but I was only into the full on hard stuff then, so didn't like the start of the mix much, cos is so slow (literally 130 - 140BPM) but really been enjoying the slower, more atmospheric, darker stuff such as this;

YouTube - ‪Biomechanik 2 - Part 1‬‏ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1POUYWWTqaQ)

YouTube - ‪Biomechanik 2 - Part 2‬‏ (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zouydc7zM6w&feature=related)

Can anyone give me some tips for other mixes with this sound, or artists producing it? I still love the fast shit, but the slower stuff just seems to be darker, more moody and atmospheric etc than a 300BPM drill and distorted screaming ;-)

Thanks for any recommendations!

Thanks for all the tips lads, deffo appreciated.

I had a look at Crossbones on discogs, and they have releases from Fallen Angel, who is one of the artists at the start of Biomechanik 2, along with Fifth Era. Quality stuff!

I'll post up anything good I come across, but please keep adding recommendations to this list :ruwink:
