TIME STRECHING CAN ANYONE HELP

Can anyone advise me on how to strech my samples to fit in to however many bars i want. i know theres time strech on soundforge 6 but is ther any thing i can use where i just type the tempo in and however many bars and the comp does the rest?.. i just cant seem to figure it out
