there should be laws against this kind of shit, perhaps allow scot project to take a visit to the "artists" house who did it with a sledge hammer and smash up his timestretching optimised pc

Frank blatently has no idea about this, and what can be done? there's no way of proving who did it.

Yeah definetely, but realistically what will happen about it?

Of course something can be done. There has to be an audit trail which leads to who pressed it on vinyl etc... if someone is making money from it they can be sued for selling it if its breaking copy right.
At least that's what I believe is true, so perhaps Overdose need an e-mail about this.
It's up for them to get the lawyers in...
I don't know what you mean Corbz that it would be "there's no way of proving who did it" surely these details are on the vinyl itself or perhaps with the company selling or distributing this record? I dunno... guess its not for us to worry about.

Honestly, There wont be any markings on the Vinyl.
Check the United Nations label and tell me who it's produced by.

Hmm... see your point... but surely which ever company responsible for selling it can be sued?

I wouldn't know to be honest mate, but I can't see anything happening about this, but go ahead and mail Frank or Overdose and see what they say.

Tis naughty tho aint it. If they really wanted to play this record with hardcore why not just use pitched up decks to get the track to the same speed as the hardcore?
Seems naughty press it and blag a top hard trance anthem!
Anyone know any other tunes being ripped off in this way?
IT TAKES THE PISS THAT SOME ONE ACTUALLY EARNT MONEY OFF OF DOING THIS DONT IT!!

Ello Mark agree with all the points made here and yeh its sick and makes ya mad, well done to Corbz. bu your point about pitching dex up, wudnt match this. This tune has been time changed, so pitch is the same as original tune ie key aint changed, bass still the same whoopf.
