Get a decent venue, sort a decent deal with the owners, book in some dates, sort out flyers and djs, sort a system if needed, and go from there.

I havent been doing it long, its hard work but defo worth it.

Give yourself regular plays also ;)

Went pretty good m8 considering the venue i was expecting **** all people to get into it but we had a pretty good atmosphere after bout 9.00 :twisted:

Yeah me and Chi's older brother Rob are goin to start our own regular nite at the Football Club in Welly. He knows Paul Schollfield and Ben Ware so they can play regular. Rob Laird and Nicky Cotrell. Then me and Josh. Were going to have diffrent djs playing (hopefully) including Jock, I know you wouldnt mind havin a set. Ill keep you informed on that.
Just got to get the venue confirmed and get the advertising on the go.
Allready got the system and lights, so if all goes well it sould be up and running within a couple of months.
