xs-fx Help

Just got a second hand xs-fx...but with no manual...

1-What i want to know is should you be able to use all 5 fx in single mode..
I can only use 3.

2-In single should you be able to use all the fx trigger tempos in the range
again i can only use 3.(how do you use the ones in between?)

3-In mulit mode does the fx trigger tempo apply or are these buttons only for saving presets.

4-How does the eq button work? sometimes on mine i can press hi and the lo led will go out/on.

5- When i switch on it goes into single, then i press multi, it goes into mulitmode, then i press single, it never goes back into sinlge....the only way to get back into single is to switch off then on...

6- the tempo pull works but not push.... oviously fuked

7- the tempo + works but not -.... oviously fuked

Pretty sure its faulty but ive not got a manual so thought id check b4 i send it back.....its bstock but i get 3 month warrenty so not much of a prob.

The fx i can use on it sound really good tho........looks like a really really nice fx unit.........

na its defo faulty.........its all good tho cos im getting a full refund from turnkey...good freindly service...
