I REALLY don't like these, they play party anthem hardstyle and their mc gets on my nerves - seen em 4 times now and not impressed.

I'm rarely negative about DJs but there are a handful I cant stand.

I swear they played the same set at dance academy identically a few hours later as i was at dance academy and most if not all the tunes were played

with same tricks etc in the set

i know they played frantic too- now is it me or does playing the same set all the time reek of wanting to cash in

I've heard Cally and Juice twice now, first time was in Camden Palace (what a club!) and second time was in the Opera House, my first impressions of them were that they were too big for there own boots and a right pair of showoffs but they played a stormin set at the Opera house and no matter what anyone says they are a pair of party animals and that's what you need, bearing in mind I've never heard them with the MC and my opinon is still the same with MC's (Ribbz & Si aside) ;)

Good call there Ben mate......... if half the people on here actually came and saw Cally&Juice play, especially in the Emporium in Cardiff, doing a proper hardstyle set, you can't dispute there's many dj's that get the crowd going more, or are such entertainers behind the decks, playing such a wicked party style that creates a wicked atmosphere

(bit of an ass lick there I know......but fu.ck it ;) )

Unfortunatley, loads here are basing opinions on old '97 dreamscape tapes :eh: ...... (yes....I know there;s exceptions amongst you......)

If any of you hardstyle kids actually come and catch the Queen of Hardstyle - Dana - playing in Cardiff in a couple of weeks, you'll catch these two too and know what we're on about now-a-days

They hardly use an MC any more mate and their style has changed drastically within the last year and half, nowadays you will see a, lot less playing around on the dex and a lot more professionalism hence why they are getting bookings al over the place, they are playing the biggest parties in Holland, Finland, Thailand with more in their diary.

I'm a little tired of reading about negative stuff about Cally & Juice on here. Can we all agree to not slate them and just to keep any bad feelings to yourself? There's more important things in music to discuss. Cally & Juice love the scene and the music, there hearts in the right place... They have to be popular to get where they are, so let's not pick reasons to suggest why they shouldn't be where they are... its not worth it.

Obviously I'm not having a go, just feel someone needs to take a step to try and move away from a discussion that really isn't worth having (if its to purely say that you don't like Cally & Juice).

Hope that isn't seen as being to harsh in my words and I apologise if anyone feels its not my place to say that.

Not the topic, I was trying to high light there have been in this thread (and others) some harsh stuff posted about Cally & Juice and I just get fed up of reading people say "they are crap at mixing" style posts. I'm not saying the whole thread is wrong or anything is wrong, just that its not really a post that benefits anything.

If I was to believe they are crap and I tell you via the forum and you believe it, it means nothing! They still get booked by the promoters and they do have people who support and follow them else they wouldn't get booked.

Ok, I apologise if my point has not been communicated well or if perhaps I'm picking on something that is none of my business or isn't really valid... was just trying to provoke more positive posting overall... I meant no disrespect or offence.
