I dunno about anyone else but I havn't been able to find any decent uplifting trance at the moment i.e minus the cheese, the last one I bought was the Beppe Bareli tune on Gas. My box is just overflowing with tunes that are way too hard at the moment and I need some melody injected.

i bought these couple of tunes,
1. PSR - History
2. PSR - Floor Burn.
3. Second Step - Dj Wag
4. Active Media - Follow the Dream
I found myself like you mate, lookin for some melody, so i tried these, was well impressed with history, a very good production, and the breakdown is nothin from sheer class, floor burn the same, and DJ was second step, i bought at the same time as Red planet, another nice uplifter on the breakdown.
Active media, follow the dream probably the underdog, but does come close to comin out on top, absolutley stormer of a track. I think it has been overlooked buy quite a few peeps, give it a whirl..

I had a listen to the Dj Spoke ones. wasnt to keen on the floor burn one coz the sample in it reminds me of an old hard house tune.
What's happened to Tom X putting out some monster uplifters like he used to? havn't heard a proper spine tingler from him in ages.

Looks appealing is it gonna be on MP3? In an uplifting set I always try to start with tunes that don't have that full on peak time riff in them I think you should build up to tunes like that.

Yeah good set of tracks m8. Yeah i think a build up is good for an uplifting set, but when i play a hard trance set i usally just get stuck in

I'm kind of lost in record shops lately, because there seems to be f**k all in there that I like in them atm.
Still, I await the summer . . . . . . . .
Suggestions WOULD BE APPRECIATED :)

DJ Spoke & Vepsa will never stop releasing Hard Melodic stuff.
I'm just thinking now, DJ Shah use to bring out some of the best Melodic and Uplifting stuff on the Planet!!! Whats he been up to??
DJ Snowman + Co should try and release a little bit more.
But keep listening out, as some of the Italians are bringing out some very Hard Melodic stuff.
I've just got Citizen - 'Taunus'
Although it's very Hard, the melody part-way through is quality, really uplifting.
But the most uplifting track i have heard lately is Rayden - Iknow your waiting (UBERDRUCK Mix) The Uberdruck Boys showing us not only can they create Dark Trance + Hardstyle but also really uplifting trance aswell.

new Tom X is good - bit similar to the previous one (Cocain) in terms of the b-line used and the aciddy "woopa woopa woopa" noise and the build up drum roll is the same - ohh and the instrument used for the actual tune bit is the same... kinda is the same all round really.... (wrote this whilst listening) ... doh!
it's good tho - nice to hear something other then screeches and scary bits, it's dark but still on the trancey level :D

ive just bought Eternity - shadow with the gary D mixs, i bought it for the hardbass mix (lovly juvly) but there is an alright uplifting mix on the b-side, shame about the vocals.

New push tune is good, if any of you guys are into that kinda of uplifting.
Got the new arpa's dream tune on Stik, the melody is a bit cheesy, but other than that a top tune. Would do the damage for the stompathon brigade...
