google only shows message boards & stuff, no official statements from panasonic (although everyone is citing them, lol, i see hundreds updates on twitter about it atm)

apparently technics uk denied the story, which makes sense really, even if sales number is lower than usual, they are still no1 on the market and i doubt they would just stop to produce market leader in couple of months

some say they will just stop producing mk5, and continue with low-cost mk2 + top end models (didnt they introduce mk6 just a while ago?)

btw bare in mind some australian shops started the rumour, saying "go get them while you can, we still have a few" ;-)
and then it got posted on some hardstyle board, how relevant can that be lol

Yeah, it was debunked by Pioneer. Technics are still big sellers. I'm sure they will stop one day, just not now.

cant see it but can in a way i know a lot of djs changing to vestax i nearly did till i sped up my 1210s as i wanted that ultra pitch
