it's certainly pounding. the kick comes out well on the speakers here, and the distortion is good - very crunchy and sharp, but i think it would be better if it changed more. distortion like this dropped in at dramatic points would be extremely powerful on a big system, but without some non-distorted sounds to compare it to, it loses it's power.
