The Positive Impact team are pleased to announce that our 2nd Monthly Night will be taking place at the Dance Academy in Plymouth on Friday 20th August 2004.

As always, Positive Impact aims to bring all styles of Dance Music to the clubbers in Plymouth, our tagline of "Embracing the Whole Dance Music Spectrum" speaks volumes about what we trying to achieve.... monthly events including all styles from Trance to Techno and all in-between.

Geoff Nugent and Alex Ough are the Resident DJ's for the monthly events. More information on the residents can be found at their respective Websites, www.geoffnugent.tk and www.freewebs.com/alexough. The Positive Impact Website is in the design process at the moment, and should be up and running shortly.

To compliment the varying style of the residents, we aim to bring the most talented South West's DJ's alongside well known National and International DJ's to Positive Impact at the Dance Academy for the pleasure of Plymouth's Clubbing Community.

Guest DJ's on the 20th August are....

Chris C – Chris has established himself as on of the best known and popular Producer/DJ’s on the Hard Dance Circuit. With over 80 releases to his name, and countless appearances both at home and overseas, he remains at the forefront of the dance scene, both behind the decks and in the studio. His labels include MOM, Mohawk, Aztec, Pirate Wax and Apache, and the soon to be released Falcon Recordings. He has also released on the Tidy Trax label, and has collaborated on forthcoming releases with Ben Kaye. His recent travels have found him DJing in Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy and the USA to name just a few. Positive Impact are pleased to welcome Chris back home to Plymouth (where he originates from) and look forward to a great night alongside him.

H2O – DJ H2O is the alias for Matt Watering, a young and fresh new talent on the Plymouth Dance Scene. Matt has already been the promoter of his own night, Pro-State which ran at the Warehouse in Plymouth earlier in the year. His unique Hard Trance style is a real crowd pleaser, and we are happy to welcome him for his first Dance Academy set.

Opening Hours are 10-3, with last entry no later than 1am. Entry Price is £2 nus £3 others before 11pm, £3 nus £4 others after 11pm.... Over 18's only, Right of Entry Reserved, OAP's (over 65) free :))

Positive Impact also invites Demo CD's from all styles of DJ (except Drum and Bass or Garage/RnB). If you are interested either bring your Demo along with you on the night, or e-mail us at clubpositiveimpact@hotmail.com.
