What a shocker
I just thought he was having a dip in form at international level :eh: No need to go quitting the pussy :dontevengothere:
How old is he ? 28-29 :eh:
hes 29 ... thank **** tho ..he was treated like shit on the euro's being put on the left when he is like one of the most talented players england have.
just hope he stays fit now and get bk to winning ways next week :)
29 i think.
30 this year though.
He is a class act, but Lampard & Gerrard should without doubt be englands centre midfielders.
still shocked tho...
yeah why do they retire at stupid ages i fink shearer was stupid for retirein when he did,why do they do this cause am sure its not because they want to play better for there club surely playin for ur country makes u better and keeps u fitter, they chat shit and need to get there heads together little gay boys

Scholes wanted to spend more time with his family which is fair enough, also he probably couldn't see himself getting his centre midfield role back as Gerrard and Lampard are 1st choice. Nobody could knock Scholes for never not giving 100% and he has had some great performances for England.
This might give Hargreaves the chance he deserves now.
Scholes is still a better attacking midfield player than either Gerrard or Lampard in my opinion...Quote:

Scholes best position is just behind the strikers, its a shame he didnt get a chance to play that position for england more often...
