First up this week is Electric City debutant, James Myles. James has
dropped in a selection of top mixes and we're well happy to see him step
up the plate at the EC decks this week. Sure to be playing a stripped
down set of minimal techno & electro with a fondness for whacked-out
vocal tracks - this will be the ideal beginning to the evening's varied
musical output. Following him will be EC's westcoast Galwayman - the
robotic dapper dresser, Noid the Droid. This blow-in has settled in
Dublin of late and it's a welcome return to the EC fold for him this
week. This Droid has played EC many many times and always drops an
exciting mix of electro and techno with a mix of fresh and classic
tracks.

Closing the night we welcome back one of Irelands most passionate techno
DJ's Sunil Sharpe. His last two appearances in Dublin saw him play super
support sets to Christian Varela & Damon Vallero in the Vaults &
Belvedere respectively. Recently Sunil has been spending more time
crafting his sound 'in the studiooooo' than ever before. Over the coming
months watch out for his debut vinyl release on rising London techno
label Open Source. His track 'Turn to Brick' is a no holds barred techno
thunderbolt that has more twist & turns than a insomniac trying to get
some sleep. We've lost count how many times Sunil has played EC but what
we do know is that he never fails to deliver with his tough,
transcendent techno sets. This will be your last chance to hear him play
the club before he opens for the 'Prince of Wonkiness' Neil Landstrumm
in August.
