Looking for info from people living just outside BRIGHTON

Planning on setting up an event...

heres the deal.

need a site
within 10 miles of brighton
possible authorised land (ie farmer who knows the score?)
or somewhere quiet but accessible.

leaving no mess , no rubbish, only good vibe.

music from 12 lunch time to 10 pm

then maybe a few little fires and some ambient (quietly)

clear up and go home in the morning...

any 1 wanna give me some pointers, before I start trekking randomly around brighton outskirts...
