Based in Ireland, Magnetize has been making music for the last ten years. To date, apart from strictly

limited edition releases on compilations, two LPs of entrainment / drone have surfaced on Irish

experimental label Rimbaud Records which "...crackle with the high energy of cosmic radiation filtered

through a particle accelerator hotwired to an amplifier....and turn out to be a superb discs of sound

captured and reconstituted from the frontiers of chaos..." (Aural Innovations).
October 2005 sees the release of the 'Anti-Chord' Ep on renowned UK electronic label Templedog. This

takes the drone/noise template of previous releases and marries it to an atonal electro-tech funk

which aims to move the dancefloor as well as the mind.

To mark the official launch of the 'Anti-Chord' Ep Magnetize plays live at the Undercurrent showcase

as part of the DEAF festival, 28th oct @ Soul 28, Eden quay, Dublin 1. 8pm. 10 euro. There will be

limited free copies of the Ep available on the night.
