Stange Phase Issues...

Im having an odd issue with a tune Im working on, I played it through the Waves PAZ Analyser a track at a time to make sure theres nothing causing any phase cancelation etc and have found a weired prob....

Several of the samples (single hits here, not talking loops) I have used are repeated in various stages through the track.The first three or four occourances of each sample are fine and its in phase, following occourances of the same sample are spiking wildly in the red.. I dont think this is as the track builds because it still happens when you solo each track in the project.

Theres no fx or anything on the track, no filters limiters compressors or anything nor on the master output either. these are just a simple stereo samples...

Anyone with more understanding of this got any idea what may be happening here or how to fix?

You haven't doubled up the particular sample at these spiking points have you?

I do this more times than I would like to admit when copying and pasting.

Have a very detailed look through your track for any samples on top of identical samples.

If it is not this, then report back...
