question-need help big time

1989-90ish i think,there was a dance track,and all the way through it a robotic voice said

"TECHNO MUZIC,TECH,TECH,TECH,TECHNO MUZIC " a couple of my friends had it on 12" but have sold them on ebay-and can't remember the the track or artist


its not 2 unlimited-and it wasn't a white label

thanx for that,my pals must have had that new sound of detroit album,don't think it got released on a 12"-but model 500 who he is also known as does have a remix version on his album "classics"
