Problems with my URL?

When I try to download an mp3 file from the file factory the computer says NO and I get this message:

Unfortunately we could not locate any file relating to the given identifier. Please check your URL :(

Any Ideas, I am using a wireless connection on AOL Broadband

Thats a problem with the file on file factory, and nothting to do with your internet or computer.
