2. Go over all your past pieces of music and extract the best bits
3. practice playing your mixer like a live tool. be mean with it, eq stuff, record it all
4. Write a piece without beats
5. Write a piece at 500BPM
6. Sample yourself slapping yourself in different parts of your body using various impliments... :lol:

thats a good idea to take you away from the day to day jobs that can get you boged down and maybe write something inspitational
a m8 sampled the bong bubbling and lighters clicking and a bass with hes voice, and some other home made noises all organic. sounded funny as fuk! was good. anyway probo hasnt got feck all ta do with wot your talking on lol!
