I'm disappearing into a deep hole that I don't expect to come out of for a few months, but I think it'll be worthwhile.

I've just got my head around csound, it's a mad world in there.

Wondering if there's anything else I should be playing with? I gave Max a good shot but couldn't really be bothered with it, csound comes more naturally to me. Less worrying about events and such.

Reaktor 5 is brilliant.

I've also been fiddling with SoundHack and the CDP (which is mental).

So any other thoughts on ridiculous bleeding edge tools I could try while I'm in this uber-studio geek phase?

Absynth 3!!!

Got a Mac, tragically I've got a massive bug problem with Absynth 3, I'm waiting for a patch from NI for it and they are taking forever to produce it.

Quartz is about graphics though isn't it ?
