Just a quick note to say a big thanks to everyone who came down and apologies to all the Djs that played and to the ones that didn’t play!! Tim the Organiser has been declared bankrupt which is a real shame but what can you do about it?
At 4 O Clock Saturday the Security had enough so decided to walk off site which made the Party illegal! By this time the organizer had a nervous breakdown and went under big time due to the fact he knew he was going to be owing a lot of people money on site!!
We tried getting hold of him to have a chat but had no luck so we was taking a huge risk on letting the Djs come down us far us Leeds and Kent and knowing maybe they might not get paid so we wasn’t going to let this happen!!
All the Djs have been absolutely superb and is very much appreciated!! Thanks lads!!
It was a real shame coz it could of went off big time, but the way he promoted it and the way he handled everything was not the way it should be done!! We tried helping the Guy us much as we could but theres only so much you can say and do really!!
The P.A, visual and décor lads were superb and did a great job but why should they stay there knowing there was know Guarantee on them being paid their full money!! Frank the P.A Guy said he has never known an event to have all licenses granted get everything up and running, then an hour before the main night just see all the security walk off!! Totally bizarre!!!
Again thanks to everyone that turned up who did there part!!!. Just really gutting that it turned out sour!!!
