Does anyone know where i can find a list or directory of record labels for sending out tunes too...I was thinking about the Music Industry Manual (does anyone know if this is any good and is it worth the cash?)

first discover labels with the same type of sound/music and send them.....

Then discover by looking at the sleve who the distributer is... and contact them. They'll have a much better idea of who might be interested.
