Here's the million dollor question. I'm really not sure whether this was the right thing to do. I did it to try to make it easier for us to discuss things. But in the end, has it just made unnecessary splits? Let me know - the poll results are the deciding factor so don't forget to vote!

because.
well to me its just about the people that visit those pages
some people who visit the experimental / dark techno pages aren't gonna be into pages of people prattling on about beyer/simms/liberaotor etc
but the acid techno guys and the hard techno guys seemed to cross over a lot and the styles in some areas of the music were every similar.
and i just didn't think it fair to seperate acid techno off when it was obvious the club/hard techno forum would remain the "main" one because all the gang either techno heads or acid techno ( or both!!!) would still go there first.
it's more about the people actually using the forums and the relationships we've all struck up than a musical segregation thing.
i'd just like to feel confident that when i submit a new topic that people like downwards,ze migl, buttman and all the other techno heads will read it as well as the acid techno heads because it's good to get a balanced opinion.
that's my view
perhaps some feel it's just not right to have acid and techno in the same sentence but to them i say....
