This Thursday Legowelt will become the first international guest to play in all three venues that we have frequented when he takes up the Wax dancefloor with his beloved machines for a rocking live show. Legowelt has been behind many of our favourite electro and Chicago jams from through the years. Whether it's under his Legowelt nom-de-plume or others such as Squadra Blanco, Macho Cat Garage, Chicago Shags, Smackulator - his releases have a deep feel for the floor and the head. Influenced by early Italo, disco, Chicago classics and Italian horror soundtracks, Legowelt is one of the masters of the electro world with quality being matched by quantity. He scored a surprise big hit with Uncle Sven when the 'Disco Rout' track was picked up and released on Cocoon. These days Legowelt is back in the Bunker and pushing his latest Venom 18 label on a public always looking for more. Aswell as being the nerds, nerd, Mister Legowelt is a comedy expert (and university graduate no less!) in such classic UK shows as Fawlty Towers, The Rise & Fall of Reginald Perrin, Porridge and his own personal favourite Some Mothers Do 'Ave 'Em - he would be at home on Mastermind as he will be on his return to the Electric City, Betty.
