Couple of technical reaktor questions

With the vst release from Rekon audio to control the virus via vst got me thinking that i should build some custom ensembles to control some of my hardware.

That part wasn't a problem. Got the controllers all made and work well transmitting the changes in cc when controlled on screen.

Only two things i can't work out. Can't seem to get midi learn to work with them. Is there something special i need to do? I have the midi learn button switched on at the top of reaktor.

And the second problem is that when i reopen a project when i open up reaktor and my hardware it only doesn't automatically update the hardware to match the setting on reaktor i have to adjust all the controllers a little bit on reaktor to get it to kick in. On the rekon audio plug in it takes over the cc commands and resets them all to 0 as default or what ever the patch settings say.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix these glitches?
