Catalogue No 8 on Whirlpoolsex Music was made by Super Flu aka Mathias Schwarz and Tinitus Paert. After their extremely successful releases on KarateKlub, remixes on KarateMusik and a co-production with Christian Fischer on Magnetic Disorder, the two nice lads make their debut on Whirlpoolsex and excel in excellent sounds. The track starts with a subtle vocal part and small tunes and increasingly gathers momentum developing its real magnitude. The track reaches its freaking-out factor dead-on while the groovy bass line is shuffling along. A short whipped up synth-beat-break, combined with the voice of Ulrike Hirsch provides the perfect mix.

Artist of the remix on side B is newcomer Florian Meindl who has started a highly successful career. The track’s start gives you the creeps and guides the bass line. A fresh tune displays itself, discreetly masking the vocals and re-emerging in order to rock until reaching the huge final.
Florian is originally from Austria. He moved to Berlin where he met Oliver Koletzki and quickly released his tracks on Stil vor Talent, Resopal, Traum und Trapez. He is currently on the lookout for new projects in London and produces fat remixes in co-operation with Oliver such as for Rockers Hi-Fi and Özgür Can. Unsurprisingly, they founded their own label Flash Recordings in november 2006.
