the sample is from warris & fly 'life on mars', which came out in 1995. I hope that's the track you're after....dunno if the sample has been used anywhere else.
not sure its off an old tape from 97 or 98
seems bit old 95 but u never know

I've got the acapella of the full vocal & you wouldn't believe how many different tunes sample different parts of the vocal.
haha u wouldnt believe how often i get the vocals wrong in tunes
still sik as tho
ahh but the Warris and Fly tune repeats only those 2 lines if i can remember right.
