Barton Charged With Assault

Joey Barton has been charged with assault for his training-ground attack on former teammate Ousmane Dabo which left the Frenchman in hospital...

apparently Barton will appear at Trafford Magistrates' Court next Thursday, the offence carries a maximum sentence of up to five years in jail on conviction...
