Can anyone help me please pc cleanup

My computer if full of virusis and crap from online gaming ect ( not porn lol )
Anyone no of any free good sites to get some hardware what will cleanup my pc .

It might do,try defragmenting,after you've done the following. And bearing in mind I'm hallf pissed,this might not make too much sense :lol:if you have norton installed (that'll be yuor antivirus probably if you've not changed it) then kill it. Kill it in the face. Delete it now. It's ****ing shit.

After you've done that go here

It will remove and block adware bugs that attack your pc,and try to use tracking cookies on you.Once this is installed,run it once a week and follow the easy to use instructions. Update it when it tells you to. (usually once a week also)

Then download this.

Spybot Search and Destroy. This will block spyware. Again,run it once a week and update it and immunize once a week (before you run it)

Then download either this

AVG a firewall. To help protect against everything else. It updates itself,and you can tell it to do a scan every week.

Avast (free cool pirate name)
This is basicly the same as avg,a firewall. You don't need both,just one.

These are all free,and all you need to protect your home pc. Once you've installed them,run them one at a time,and delete all you find. if you've still got problems after that,then you need more help.

Post the log up on the forum you chose to join,ask them politley to have a look at the hijack this log. Note,this will show them EVERY SINGLE program on your pc. They will tell you what to do. But it might take a couple of days to get a reply. Don;t get impatient,they will help you.

just to add an update to that good usefull info by xes, AVG is an anti virus not a firewall.

it's handy to run an anti virus and a firewall.

get yourself "hijack this"

it will stop these nasty virus' starting up when you dont want them to. then start windows in safe mode (keep your finger on F8 when starting windows) and run a quality anti-vrus to clean things up

run once per week a junk and registry cleaner

ccleaner is the best solution and is freeware

ps: every time i run this i delete 1GB of junk and temp files from web and windows aplications (yes im a harcored user... my computers never sleep LOL )

for mac use MainMenu also freeware

by the way try to not use shareware aplications , the freeware solutions beat them all , somethimes are runned by open source comunities and updated every week
