sending vinyl internationally

wasn't sure which forum to stick this in but anyway..I am looking at getting some of my vinyl sent to me from the UK to Colombia and was just wondering if anyone here had any advice or recommendations on which companies to use?
or how best to package them..I suppose the more that are sent in one package means less risk of them getting warped in transit?
would be around 45 12" records..anyone any idea how much that would weigh roughly?? googling throws up anything between 90-200g a record..?
