Here we go again - ID

ID needed on a hard trance choon with the sample " here we go again" and also has a ticking clock sound in the back ground, hell of a choon, putting it up for an ID as me and a couple of mate were havin a few beers and listening to some old tapes when this choon came on, striaght off i said whats this choon and one of my mates said he had it on vinyl but caint remember the name, dont think he has so trying to prove him wrong...

if anybody can help make my mate look like a tit, please help
