it's happy hardcore i'm not into - although i do respect some of the guys involved in it (just like i respect anyone who is into music for the right reasons).. it's just not my bag.
hardcore on the other hand is alot different. i used to play the early industrial strength stuff and was a massive fan of early drop bass network. i love hearing the producer + scorpio dj, infact they're all really good friends.
i don't play it and i don't buy it anymore but i love hearing real hardcore sets.
I don't like the old speeded up girls music happy hardcore, but some of new trance scott brown stuff that DJ's like Demand play is pretty good. It's got a very hard beat... decent riff & melody and doesn't go too cheesey.
Scoot Brown is a top, top bloke - so is Demand. But nah, still can't see myself listening to their music in the car.....
