Depends on which of the two kinds of Hangover you mean:

For the mornings/afternoons/evenings after a heroic night, when you wake up still completely drunk: give me the hair of the dog that bit me: any kinda straight-ahead techno.

For the wake-up-feeling-like-death kinda hangover, give me Steve Reich and similar head up the buttocks kinda material.
