if techno i really like last Dettmann album released on Ostgut, also album by Peter Van Hoesen called "Entropic City" is intresting.
if not techno i fall in love with last ambient album by Carbon Based Lifeforms - "Interloper" it is masterpiece.
Anthony Rother - Popkiller 2 is proper seedy kerb crawling music
Scorn - Refuse / Start Fires is good for anger management
Techno wise....

I have been going back in time with my listening this year. I got so fed up with the Techno released this year that it just felt right to go back to the mixes I used to rape.

Best Techno album this year for me has to be Acid House by Mark Broom. Not so much tech house as house techno. Loving it.
