No Women Allowed + 1 other

After 2 tune ID's please.

First is the hard trance tune that goes "NO WOMEN ALLOWED". Heard on an Mzone tape from The Outer Limits (Helter Skelter circa 1998). It isn't the release on Hot Potato Records with the Tinribs mix. There is a 1992 version of this but I can't find any samples and I'm not sure whether this version was that old.

Second one is off a Mark EG tape, possibly Timeless (HS 1999ish). Intro tune, samples "Happiness, is learning to whistle, while tying up your sister, every nowwwwww and then,....happiness is sh-sharing a sandwich....etc. Any ideas?

first one sounds like dr base & karim - no women allowed [tinrib recs] the 1992 version ur thinking about might be sperminator - no women allowed [dwarf recs] this is alot harder.
Havent got a clue bought the 2nd one thou thought id heard all marks helter skelter sets from 1998-2000, its not in the HS timeless nov 98 set
