The Demons return to the Xtraxx domain with The Damned, a hard trancer of barbaric proportions. While it maintains the demonic feel of previous Demons material, it loses the customary acid bellow and moves in a more traditional hard trance direction. However...

The Original Mix introduces a more benign touch of acid with hard beats and another film sample. It still retains the feel of the previous tune, Kink, but is less brutal than that tune. That said though, it maintains an industrial, mechanical, edge with the acid line becoming more squealic towards the end. Not Christmassy, or seasonal, by any means but finding favour with the big guns of hard dance.

Nutty T, grand master of all things hard and dark, takes charge of the remix and he goes harder with a thumping version. The bellow returns but this time, its a stabbing acid riff and the beats are more hardstyle than anything else. This one sounds like Kink in its structure and build but is slightly more anthemic and less rude. As with the original mix, it retains the vox and the grand horror-like buildup. The main riff is more staccato in tone and lends itself properly to a tough, unrelenting, assault like the one here. Yum.
