BIG IN JAPAN - CRINGLE MINGLE! Feat Leo Zero @ The Book Club

The party protagonists are back for their annual Christmas knees up with a super special line up and late license to see you on your way into Christmas eve! Expect the usual funk infused disco served with a double helping of pop gems, electronic belters and R&B blips thrown in - Basically anything goes and everything could happen at this east end staple.

Tonight sees the return of two of our favorite producers & remixer’s Leo Zero and Pete Herbert. Leo’s debut solo LP release of original productions titled ‘Very Repetitive’ has just landed in all good reputable record stores and is making some serious waves but don’t take our word for it. Known for his prolific and top quality edits and remixes his newer stuff is a little more hard hitting with a nod to various heroes from a long lineage of master loopsmiths: from Daft Punk's hugely influential Roule and Crydamoure imprints, to Chicago dons: Sneak, Derrick Carter and Jordan Fields, alongside Dave Clarke, Mark Broom and modern glory boys Sounstream and The Revenge however this release still holds all the groove and bounce you would expect from this one man production machine.

As if this wasn’t enough we have two more masters of the moment with Pete Herbert playing a special B2B set with Big in Japan resident Leftside Wobble which is certainly gonna get things in motion. So forget the impending family fallout of xmas day and Join us for a xmas jolly with added mince pies, mulled wine & mistletoe!
