GutterSlut 30.06 at East Bloc

After their awesome gigs at Summer Fusion and Lovebox the GutterSlut crew is excited to return to their London home, East Bloc, Saturday 30 June 2012.

GutterSlut resident NIC FISHER welcomes in the Rave Room, alongside MISS CRYSTAL MC, special guest JOE ROBERTS.

Resident DJ at Disco Biscuit and a dance music journalist and editor, Joe Roberts (AKA Joe Robots) has been DJing and collecting records since the turn of the millennium.Raised on The Heavenly Social's eclectic party vibes of everything from funk and ragga to techno and jungle, and the non-profit DIY spirit of the free party scene, he followed the acid house trail to live and DJ in Manchester, later returning to his native London and putting on numerous underground parties, including as back room residents for Chew the Fat! at The End, Mr C's old venue.In the last couple of years he's toured Brazil twice, played at Ultra in Miami, graced the deck of the iconic Space, Ibiza, and stepped up to fill in for Pendulum at the opening of Club Octagon in Seoul, Korea.

Joining Nic and Joe Roberts in the Rave Room, we welcome back JOSH CAFFE.

Josh Toko aka J.O.S.H Caffe has been djing for four years, two as part of East London unruly DJ duo Caffe Latte. A lucky chance gig at the Red Lion Hoxton turned into a weekly residency and soon after there was no stopping Caffe Latte's Mish Mash sets. Regular gigs at Trailer Trash (On the Rocks) followed and then further residencies at Mother Bar & WISH as well as participation in the 2007 Eurostar Ipod Battle in Paris & 1234 Festival. Josh Caffe packs a set fuelled with old school Baltimore beats, twisted disco, baile, jackin house and electro. Influenced by the underground club scene from the late 80's Chicago & New York, you are guaranteed to be booty shackin' till the breakadawn!

Holestar, the Tranny with a Fanny, has been entertaining and DJing internationally for over nine years and is going back to her MC roots. The Mistress of club nights POP! & Lets Get Quizzical will be serving a full on classic pop and disco extravaganza, adding her own vocal flourishes to get your knickers in a twist. Divas to the dance floor please....
