This Thursday sees the debut Irish appearance of one of Italy's leading
DJs, Marco Passarani. Marco has been one of the leading producers and DJs in
the electro[nix] and techno scene for over ten years. In this time he has
recorded and remixed for labels such as Nature [his own label], Peacefrog,
Skam, Viewlexx, Generator, Clone [remix of the Adult classic 'Hand to
Phone], Plasmek, Rephlex, Pigna and for I-F's Inter-ferred Communications.
He is regularly playing at events such as Dedbeat, Paradiso (Amsterdam),
Ostgut (Berlin), Nitsa (Barcelona), Club 69 (Glasgow), Kossmozz (Belgium)
and many more. Marco is the main man behind Rome's Final Frontier Collective
which is pushing the sound of Mat 101, Jolly Music, Lory D and Francisco.
Marco's skills on the decks have him rated alongside I-F as one of the best
DJ's in the electro/italo scene and this appearance is one we have long been
waiting to put on. His recent 12" on Peacefrog was a dynamite reworking of
the Chicago classic 'I'll House You' by the Jungle Brothers, b/w the lush
Detroit track 'Clair' - this is a taster for his forthcoming Peacefrog album
which is set to be released any day now. Check his chart below for a taster

Also appearing for his debut live appearance at the club is Chymera [aka
Brendan Gregoriy], Brendan has supported John Selway in the club before and
recently has concentrated on his live performances with appearances at
events such as Repeater and Undercurrent. He had a track on the DEAF 2003
compilation and has further releases due up on Elusive and Kin
Recordings.Opening up proceedings will be Electric City resident Simon
Conway. April 1 - you'd be a fool to miss this one!
