fiddle with your snap/quantise settings...
(top right of arrange screen)
In adition 2 the quantise setting u have 2 make sure u have the snap button activated and the snap option (drop down menu) set 2 "quantise"...
U can find the funtions buttons 2 the top left of yer project page (inicial - sorresponding to tje arrange view on the "old" cubase)
