I got banned from weddings.

Pulling up with a 11 ton curtain-side filled with 50k and then ripping out evil techno, is considered bad etiquette in the home counties!!!???

I've played some well dodgy gigs, although not any weddings yet. Has no one else prostituted their musical integrity? If you sort it out right, you can get good money for doing mobile disco style gigs. Thats pretty much how we pay for our soundsystem. Everyone else seems to sell drugs, but I never fancied going to jail, and playing music seems a easy way to earn extra dollar, even if its shit music. One piece of advice though, never never never do any gigs for youth clubs or anything at all involving people under the age of appx. 18 - they are all little bastards!

I only play at a elementry school birthday parties .... i've got to think about my career gettin to junior high before i can even THINK about weddings :cry:

I`ve done some corporate X-Mas parties.
Played loads of shit that I bought for the occasion (loads of CD compilations that I bought especially, best of the 90`s, 80`s etc)
Plus loads of old 80`s pop and elctro.

It`s piss easy and you get paid a bloody fortunes.

I used to do mobile disco's with my mate. 60's up to present day. Top of the fu*king Pops! :oops:
